The foundation of all WellO2 training is one full breath cycle – one WellO2 breath = one exhale and one inhale through the device.

• Always exhale first to fill the device with steam.

• Inhale immediately after, slowly and deeply.

• Aim for smooth, controlled breathing — not forced or rushed.

• Start with 1–5 full breath cycles and increase gradually up to 10.

• Breathe in through your mouth or nose depending on your training goal and feeling.
